Welcome to Vovi. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vovi ("we", "us"). By opening the Vovi Mini App inside Telegram and using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Who can use Vovi

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Vovi account. You must provide accurate information about yourself, including your birthdate, gender, and location. You may not create an account on behalf of another person or maintain multiple accounts.

2. Your account

Vovi is linked to your Telegram account. We rely on Telegram's sign-in data to identify you. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account secure. If your Telegram account is compromised, your Vovi account may also be compromised.

3. Payments and the entry gate

Access to swipe and match on Vovi requires a one-time payment in Telegram Stars, or — for women — a limited free-entry slot. Stars payments are processed by Telegram and are non-refundable. Free-entry slots are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

If a Stars payment fails for technical reasons, we will retry reconciliation and contact you through the Vovi bot. If we cannot verify the payment within a reasonable window, we may grant or deny entry at our discretion.

4. Community standards

We want Vovi to feel safe, honest, and real. You agree not to:

• Use Vovi for any illegal purpose or in violation of local laws.
• Impersonate another person, use photos that are not of you, or misrepresent your age or gender.
• Harass, threaten, or endanger other users. This includes hate speech, unsolicited sexual content, and stalking.
• Use Vovi to recruit, advertise, solicit payment, or promote external services.
• Share another user's private information without their consent.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or attack the service.

Other users can block or report you. Our safety team reviews reports and may warn, suspend, or permanently ban accounts that violate these standards. Bans are at our discretion and we may act on reports, our own monitoring, or information from third parties.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, prompts, and other content you post on Vovi. By posting content, you give us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit that content through the service for as long as your account is active. This license ends when you remove the content or delete your account.

You are responsible for the content you post. Do not post content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates Section 4.

6. Matches and conversations

Messaging happens inside Telegram, not inside the Vovi Mini App. We do not host, store, or moderate the content of your Telegram conversations. Your Telegram chats are subject to Telegram's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

7. Telegram bot messages

Vovi sends notifications through its Telegram bot — for example, when you get a new match or when a referred friend joins. You can silence or adjust these notifications in Settings inside the Mini App at any time.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your Vovi account at any time from the Settings screen. Deletion is permanent: we erase your profile, photos, prompts, interests, matches, and blocks within about 60 seconds.

Some information is retained in anonymised form so we can detect fraud and abuse — for example, device fingerprints associated with referrals, without any data linking back to your identity. We also retain Stars payment records as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

9. Changes to the service

We may change, add, or remove features at any time. We may also change these Terms. If we make a material change, we will notify you through the Vovi bot or inside the Mini App. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Vovi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that matches will lead to relationships, or that other users are who they say they are. Meet any match you make with caution, in a public place, and tell someone you trust.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vovi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, your interactions with other users, or any failure of the service.
